Our work with educators

We work with educators to create learning environments that encourage curiosity, participation, and critical thinking.

We support teachers and facilitators in moving beyond traditional instruction toward more student-centered and participatory approaches. We design sessions to help educators develop practical tools for fostering more engaged and reflective learning communities. en.v has facilitated workshops for educators focused on:

Creating student-centered learning environments

Participatory action research with students

Teaching vs. facilitation

Encouraging dialogue and critical inquiry in classrooms

Launched in early 2019, this pilot program aimed to address challenges related to the formal and informal education sectors in Kuwait through the application of the Collective Impact model, which creates the foundation for effective systems change through a focus on multi-stakeholder participation, coordination, alignment and learning.

Inclusive Education Reform

Educating for Sustainability

2017-2018 > In line with our efforts to promote innovative and participatory approaches, this pilot project funded by the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences aimed to support the development of participatory action research projects as a tool to increase environmental awareness and engage local youth in promoting environmental protection and sustainability.

2008 - 2015 > Our first, and longest-lasting initiative, REUSE was our original attempt to address environmental sustainability through a multidisciplinary lens, with a strong emphasis on the arts, cross-sector collaboration and youth mobilization. Over eight years, we engaged over XX educators who worked with their students to develop environmental initiatives in their schools and who presented their projects at our annual festival.
