2015 - 2016

2015 and 2016 were a roller-coaster ride. Our organization went through some major changes, including a change in Managing Director, the adoption of a virtual-office format, and a transformative team-led strategic and action-planning exercise. We realigned our work more closely to our mission, and began to see the impact of our capacity-building efforts of previous years, particularly amongst the youth and civil society organizations that have been participating in our programs.

In line with our values of transparency and accountability, we publish our 2015-2016 Annual Report to keep our stakeholders informed of our progress.
